Thanksgiving is almost upon us and the pace of our lives is already quickening with the holiday season ready to hit full stride in this coming week.
Don’t let this year be like so many that have come before. Normally we go through the holiday season and we are just glad we survived as we enter the new year, we feel like we need a vacation from all the “celebration!”
Set the tone for this year’s holiday season by carving out some intentional time from your schedule on Wednesday, November 26 (7am-7pm) to give thanks to God and just enjoy some quiet with Him through communion.
Bring your family, bring some friends, join your Community Group, or come on your own.

This is a party that will literally help to change some lives! Women, get together with your friends, stop by the jewelry party, and make a few purchases! This is the perfect opportunity to pick up a unique Christmas gift and even a little something special for yourself!
All of the jewelry at this party is hand made from recycled paper by women in Uganda and it is beautiful! Every piece that is purchased helps a woman to support her family, so come on out!

Chili on Sunday!

It is now too late to enter a chili into the 2nd annual Chili Cook-Off but now your responsibility is to show up with your family and friends to help select the winner!
Stop by the Fellowship Hall after each service this Sunday. $3/person or $10/family gets you a chance to taste all the chili and a ballot so you can cast your vote!
You’ll be having fun, tasting some great chili, and helping teenagers be able to afford some special events that will impact them for life!
