This will save you a bunch of time! Pastor Chris subscribes to about 85 “feeds” using Google Reader, and can easily skim all of them in a few minutes each day because he doesn’t have to check each of the websites, he only sees those that are updated!
You can stay incredibly informed without wasting tons of time.
Overcoming Depression

Depression is not just “feeling blue.” It is a medical condition that can have debilitating psychological and physical effects.
Symptoms of depression can include – fatigue, anxiety, loneliness, emotional numbness, restlessness, sleeplessness, memory problems, aches & pains or changes in behavior or appetite.
The good news is there is a lot you can do about it!
